About this policy

This policy explains how to cancel your ReviewBytes membership and request a refund. It applies to individual memberships. Institutional and group licences are subject to the terms of their agreement unless stated otherwise.

Cancelling your membership

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@reviewbytes.com. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid the next membership charge.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is approved or your plan states otherwise, you retain access until the end of the paid membership period. Cancelling does not automatically submit a refund request.

90-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on new individual membership purchases. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a full refund if you meet the requirements below.

Eligibility and conditions

To qualify, you must meet all of the following:

• Request deadline — Email your refund request to support@reviewbytes.com within 90 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
• Minimum use — Prior to requesting a refund, you must have either completed at least five (5) modules or logged at least three (3) hours of active platform use.

How to request a refund

Email your request from the address associated with your account. Include your purchase date and order reference, if available, so we can locate your membership. We will review your request and confirm whether it meets the eligibility requirements.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider. Access associated with the refunded membership ends when the refund is processed.

Limits

This guarantee applies only to your first purchase of an eligible plan and does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades after the 90-day period, or institutional/group licences unless stated otherwise.

Outside this guarantee, membership payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in your plan terms. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The date above shows when it was last updated. Changes do not reduce the guarantee offered for a purchase already made.
