Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed healthcare professional, trainee, or student to use ReviewBytes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Membership plans and free trials

• Free trial — Complimentary full access with no long-term commitment.
• Paid plans — After the trial, membership plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Low-resource country access — Verified Haematology and Oncology trainees in WHO-HINARI designated countries receive free access during their trainee status.

Licence and acceptable use

ReviewBytes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal professional development. You agree not to:

• Resell, distribute, or share content beyond fair-use educational purposes
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code
• Upload viruses, spam, or harmful content
• Use the platform to provide commercial services competitive with ReviewBytes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual property

All content on ReviewBytes — including text, graphics, videos, interactive questions, trademarks, and the Bytes Method™ — is owned by or licensed to ReviewBytes and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce or create derivative works.

Medical disclaimer

ReviewBytes provides educational content for informational purposes only. The platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional judgment. You remain solely responsible for clinical decisions and patient care.

User content and feedback

If you submit comments, questions, or other content ("User Content"), you grant ReviewBytes a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and adapt such content to improve the platform.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.

Disclaimer of warranties

ReviewBytes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content is complete, current, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewBytes shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to ReviewBytes in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the platform or emailed to you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
